INTRODUCTION TO PLANT-BASED NUTRITION & COOKING

This *free* class will be offered in person only at Kadampa Center.

During this class, we will review the basics of good nutrition and how to create easy, plant-based, nutritionally balanced meals without a recipe.  Class will also include cooking demonstrations as well as tasting a variety of foods and flavors!  Class is being brought to you by Elise Strevel, Kadampa Center Outreach Coordinator, and Meredith College students in the Nutrition and Dietetics Masters Program.  Space is limited to just eight students, therefore please register to attend via the link above ASAP.
